TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated August 2026
The rules of the road for trials, memberships and sessions.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are between Next Level Future Stars and the parent or guardian booking a place for a child. By booking a trial or membership you accept them on behalf of yourself and your child.
Next Level Future Stars is run by Will Wilson, trading as Next Level Player Development. Contact: nlfdcoaching@gmail.com · 07568 524429.
2. The free trial
- One free trial session per child.
- The trial is free of charge. No payment details are taken to book it.
- Booking a trial does not create a membership or any obligation to continue.
- We may decline or move a booking if a class is full or if the age group is not suitable. We will always talk to you first.
3. Membership
- Membership costs £35 a month, paid by monthly direct debit.
- Membership starts only after the trial and only once you have agreed it directly with the coach. Nothing on this website takes payment.
- Monthly direct debit, cancel any time with one month's notice.
- Fees may change with reasonable notice, which will not be less than one month.
4. Your responsibilities as a parent or guardian
- Stay on site for the whole session. You remain responsible for your child before and after it, and for younger groups you take part alongside them.
- Give accurate medical, allergy and emergency information, and tell the coach promptly if anything changes.
- Do not bring your child if they are unwell or have an infectious illness.
- Make sure your child arrives in suitable clothing and footwear.
- Treat coaches, other children and other parents with respect. We may end a membership if this is not met.
5. Our responsibilities
- Provide qualified coaching by a DBS-checked, first aid trained coach.
- Run a risk-assessed, appropriately staffed session.
- Keep an attendance register for every session.
- Follow our safeguarding policy and handle your information as set out in our privacy policy.
6. Health, safety and medical treatment
Football involves physical activity and a risk of minor injury. By booking, you confirm your child is fit to take part. In an emergency, and where you cannot be reached in time, you give permission for a responsible adult to arrange emergency medical treatment. This is asked for separately on the booking form.
7. Photography and video
We only take or publish images of your child if you have given specific permission, asked separately from these terms. Refusing costs you nothing and changes nothing about your child's place. See our media consent explainer.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Set out in full in our cancellation and refund policy.
9. Cancelled or changed sessions
We may cancel a session for weather, pitch closure, illness or anything else outside our control. We will tell you as soon as we can and offer a replacement session or a credit. We arrange a make-up session where we can, and credit your next month's payment where we can't.
10. Moving up age groups
As your child grows we may suggest moving them to an older group, or on to Next Level Player Development. The coach decides when a child is ready and will always discuss it with you first. No child is moved automatically.
11. Liability
We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the previous three months. We are not responsible for personal belongings brought to sessions.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
